Privacy

This is the site of Aethereus Records, an independent record label in Queens, New York. It is kept simple on purpose.

Visit counts

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure page speed. It does not use cookies and does not collect personal data.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see which pages and links people use. It uses cookies and records things like the pages you view, the links you click, your rough location (country or city), device and browser. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off, and no advertising cookies are set.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland or Quebec, analytics cookies stay off unless you press OK. Everywhere else they are on unless you press No thanks. You can change your choice at any time: change my analytics choice. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Contact form and email

If you use the contact form, your name, email address and message are passed to our form provider, Formspree, and delivered to us by email. If you write to us, we keep your message to reply and for our records. We do not sell or share your details.

Fonts and videos

Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when a page opens. The video on the Ayiti Mwen page loads from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode; YouTube's own terms apply when you play it.

Links to other sites

Links to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, DistroKid and machadomusic.com open those services, which have their own privacy policies.
